Detention Officer Of The Quarter Officer Ninja Payne recieved the Detention Officer of the Quarter for the 2nd Quarter of 2012. Officer Payne has been employed with Jones County Detention Center since September 2006. Officer Payne is an outstanding employee who brings a positive attitude to our agency. She is self-motivated and is truly a dedicated employee. She is always willing to do her part as well help out others, whether it be covering a shift for another employee, or helping others with their jobs. Detention Officer Of The Year Detention Officer Ninja Payne has recieved the Detention Officer of The Year for 2012 for her outstanding work performance. She has been employed with Jones County Detention Center since September 2006. Her name will be forwarded to North Carolna Jail Administrators Association for nomination as Association's Detention Officer of The Year. If she is selected as the Association's Detention Officer of The Year, she will recieve a plaque as well as $250.00 in cash.
