We are at your service 24/7. The Gilpin County Sheriff’s Office is located between the towns of Black Hawk/Central City and Rollinsville along scenic Highway 119. At the present time, the Sheriff’s Office has an authorized strength of 35 sworn personnel and 19 civilian support employees. The objective of our office is to support our citizens through exceptional service; to work with our citizens to provide a community that we can all be proud to live and work in; and to provide an enjoyable quality of life to which every citizen is entitled.
