The Sheriff's Office provides uniformed patrols, investigations of motor vehicle crashes, criminal investigations, civil process, corrections/courtroom security, and other services to provide for the protection of life, liberty and property of citizens. The Sheriff's Office also provides crime information (calls for service and jail booking logs). If you are visiting the Courthouse, everyone must go through security screening and follow security rules that do not permit cell phones and other items.
